We walk the plot together and return with a short study of what it can hold and what it may cost.

How early should we get in touch?

Ideally before you buy a site. A short visit together often decides what a plot can become — and what it will cost to build on.
What size of projects do you take on?

New houses, small buildings, interiors and renovations, typically between CHF 1M and 5M in construction cost.
Do you work outside Switzerland?

Yes. We work across Europe with local partners for permits and site supervision, while design stays with the studio.
How are your fees structured?

Fees follow the SIA 102 and 112 norms and are agreed per phase, so you always know what the next step costs.
Can you help with permits and heritage approvals?
